Celebration – Active Women’s Health Physiotherapy is Growing

Announcing Active Women’s Health Physiotherapy has acquired Sue Croft Physiotherapy to build stronger pelvic health and wellbeing services for our community

We are thrilled to let you all know about this development.

Active Rehabilitation Physiotherapy led by John and Nicole Fitzgerald has bought Sue Croft Physiotherapy, to create a new pelvic health hub of excellence we are calling Active Women’s Health Physiotherapy. It’s an absolute honour to have Sue Croft and her team come on board with us. Sue is an outstanding pelvic health physio who has served the Queensland community for more than 35 years and in 2023 received an Order of Australia Medal for her work as a pelvic health physiotherapist in the community. She has surrounded herself with a highly skilled team of pelvic health physios, who now join our advanced-trained pelvic health physios at Active Women’s Health Physiotherapy, as part of the broader Active Rehabilitation Physiotherapy team.

This acquisition will enable us to further strengthen our pelvic health services to the community and to offer a larger team of highly experienced physiotherapists. Sue and her team will continue as part of Active Women’s Health Physiotherapy. This wonderful change will allow Sue to focus on what she loves doing – treating patients, mentoring the women’s health physio community and advocating on pelvic health issues in the broader community.

Patients will continue to be seen at the same premises at 7/47 Hampstead Road, Highgate Hill. Our services at our South Brisbane and Annerley locations will also continue. You can rest assured that you will receive the same exceptional care from our enthusiastic and empathetic team of 10 highly experienced women’s health physiotherapists, as well as expert men’s health physios, our Mars Clinic team for child/teen continence and physiotherapy for musculoskeletal conditions.
