Our Clinics are Open
Queensland Government advises that physiotherapy is considered an essential medical service
All of our clinics will be open during the latest government lockdown between Tuesday and Thursday of this week.
Physiotherapy has been declared an essential medical service by the Queensland Government and as such we will continue to deliver our physiotherapy services as usual – with some additional Covid-safe measures in place.
If you have been a close contact of person with Covid-19, or if you have been advised by the Queensland Public health Department to isolate at home due to potential exposure to a Covid case, please advise our administration team as soon as possible and do not attend your appointment face-to-face.
As per government advice, a mask is required to be worn at all times while in our clinics during the lockdown period, and for the duration of the government advice to do so.
Telehealth consultations are available at Active and are a great option to keep your treatment on track, if it is your preference not to attend the clinic. Our friendly admin team can set you up for an appointment on your home or mobile device.
We look forward to seeing you online or in our Covid-safe clinics over the next few days.
