Professional Fees

We provide one-on-one appointments with only an appropriate number of treatments. Our fees vary in relation to the Physiotherapist’s level of experience and post-graduate qualifications. Physiotherapy is claimable through private health ‘extras’ cover.

Private Patients: You are requested to pay at the time of your consultation. HICAPS (private health fund electronic claiming service) and EFTPOS facilities (debit and credit cards) are available.
The amount and type of rebate is dependent upon your private health fund and your level of cover. To determine in advance if you qualify for a rebate, how much the rebate will be, or for more information, please contact your health fund directly.
A doctor’s referral is not necessary to see a Physiotherapist in private practice. We do, however, frequently work in partnership with your doctor and communicate with them during and at the completion of treatment.

DVA Patients: Your accounts will be billed to DVA directly. A current doctor’s referral is necessary.

Workers’ Compensation Patients: You may have your accounts billed directly to the insurer, provided you have an approved Workers’ Compensation Claim and the appropriate medical certificates.

Motor Vehicle Accident Patients (Third Party Claims): Your accounts may be billed directly to the insurer, provided you have an approved claim and the appropriate medical certificates.

GP Management Plan Patients: You must have a current referral from your GP. You are required to pay in full for the amount of the treatment, however, we are able to claim your rebate from Medicare immediately, provided you bring your Medicare card and debit card to each appointment. Patients who have reached the Medicare Safety Net may receive a higher rebate.
