Anthea Goslin
Anthea is a highly qualified physiotherapist and manager with over 25 years of experience in the health-care industry. She is a member of the Active Rehabilitation Executive Team, working to ensure that all our clients get the best care possible.
Anthea began her physiotherapy career in South Africa, where she worked with clients in rural areas and subsequently expanded her experience in physiotherapy, leadership, and management in the United Kingdom’s National Health Service and the private and public health systems of Australia. She actively contributes to the physiotherapy profession, most recently as chair of the National Chair of, and previously in the Tasmanian Branch Council and Chair of the Queensland Branch of Physiotherapists in Leadership and Management.
Anthea’s physiotherapy background in acute neurosciences, rehabilitation, aged care, paediatrics and palliative care affirms her belief in the efficacy of physiotherapy. She is a natural collaborator, who values exceptional workplace culture and being part of a motivated and client-centric team. Anthea was the recipient of Active’s Spirit Award in 2021.
Anthea has been a key driver of Active’s Leadership Program, designing and delivering a curriculum to support managers and leaders at Active. She has also spearheaded our Research program, under the Active Rehab Research Foundation, supporting our clinical researchers in their grant preparations, the logistics and research publications.
Anthea enjoys bushwalking, cycling, and gardening with native plants when she is not at work.
