As one of Active Rehabilitation’s Senior Neurological Physiotherapists, Caitlin works in the Mater Centre for Neurosciences, treating patients with various neurological conditions. As one of Active’s Neurology Stream Leaders, she also leads quality improvement projects, delivers team education and works closely with Neurologists, Neurosurgeons and the wider healthcare team to identify opportunities to improve services for people with neurological conditions. Caitlin also works as part of Active’s Clinical Education team supporting final year physiotherapy students.
Caitlin’s approach to patient care is grounded in empathy and respect. She is genuine, kind and enjoys being part of a team that constantly strives for excellence. Her commitment to learning and growing as a professional is driven by the desire to provide her patients with the best evidence-based treatment and care. She is proud to be involved in caring for long-stay and complex patients and supporting them back to optimal health and wellbeing.
