Nat values her ability to assist people in their rehabilitation management and recovery. She has an engaged and friendly approach and guides her patients with empathy. Natalie believes that if people understand the nature of their injury, that knowledge can be powerful in both the initial recovery and ongoing management of their condition.

Nat’s favourite days as a physiotherapist are when she feels she has really cleared something up for a patient who has been struggling to understand the why and how of their injury or concern. She also enjoys collaborating with her Active Rehabilitation teammates and sharing her clinical knowledge in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with others

Nat enjoys leading an active lifestyle. She loves spending time with her children and surfing, camping and travelling, particularly back to her homeland, New Zealand.

Nat’s favourite quote:

‘You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think.’
A.A. Milne
