Nicole Fitzgerald

Director Business Services & Quality

‘It’s been a privilege, for more than 35 years, to watch the paths of so many wonderful physiotherapists and administrators as they forge their careers in the health sector. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and we work with this truth daily. We’ve been privileged to work with the strengths of so many people. Nurturing those strengths has built our team and the extensive physiotherapy services we offer today.’ – Nicole Fitzgerald

Nicole is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and works closely with her husband, Active’s founder and CEO John Fitzgerald, on all aspects of the business. As Director of Business Services and Quality, Nicole focusses on business operations, overseeing Active’s integrated, patient-centred systems, services and holistic approach to care.

Nicole’s greatest strengths are her dedication to quality and her ability to bring together dedicated and intelligent people who believe in and care about one another, are results-driven, humble and smart.

‘I’m passionate about supporting our team with strong business systems and procedures, and providing our patients, and all with whom we work, with highly skilled administrators and physiotherapists, who are supported by a wise and prudent leadership team. This enables us to truly deliver excellence in customer and physiotherapy services.

‘I’m proud that we’ve been able to build a team who do what they do because they believe in and care about other people. We have established a team who collectively have a hunger to grow and strive for excellence and, above all, who are humble and people-smart.’
