Sarah works as part of Active Rehabilitation’s hospital team providing pre-and post-operative physiotherapy and acute care to our patients. She is passionate about assisting her patients to better recover from surgery and medical conditions through providing evidence-based advice and functional exercise. She enjoys supporting people through rehabilitation and seeing them not only change and improve over time, but also grow in confidence as they take control of their health.  

Sarah loves the great outdoors and she especially spends time running, cycling and hiking. She has an Elite sporting background in athletics and has represented Australia at the Oceania athletics championships in Fiji in 2017.  She has also been a Queensland representative in 400m running from 2013 to 2019.
