Sebastian is described by colleagues as approachable and professional. He initially joined Active as an administration team member whilst completing his Bachelor degree and has continued his journey with Active transitioning to his role as a Physiotherapist.

Sebastian values the meaningful impact physiotherapy can have on people’s lives. Recognising how much we rely on our ability to move, walk, and breathe, he finds great purpose in supporting patients to regain these essential functions and return to what matters most to them.

His approach is patient-centred and collaborative, encouraging individuals to actively participate in their care. By combining evidence-based practice, clear communication, and teamwork, he delivers safe, effective, and personalised rehabilitation that incorporates each patient’s lifestyle and goals.

A highlight of his early career was supporting a patient through their stroke recovery, witnessing their progression from a low-level of function to functionally engaging in activities that were meaningful to them.

In his spare time Sebastian enjoys reading, playing guitar, keeping active and watching movies.
