As Active Rehab’s Hospital’s Manager (Weekday), Simon mentors our teams of physiotherapists across our multiple hospital locations in Brisbane and Springfield. He also works as part of Active’s Clinical Education team supporting final year physiotherapy students from UQ. He delivers advanced level clinical physiotherapy and consultancy services, using evidence-based clinical knowledge and skills to lead the team by example to maximise performance. Simon has many years of clinical practice, including working with patients before and after neck and spinal surgery both in hospital and as outpatients.

Simon is a Captain in Australian Army Reserve and has been recognised for his leadership and his strong skills in logistics and operations, having served the Australian public in both bushfire and flood response operations.

In his spare time Simon enjoys spending time with his family, camping and keeping fit.
