Charise graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Queensland. She was awarded the Dean’s Commendation for Academic Excellence several times throughout her degree and was the recipient of a University Medal. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at the University of Queensland.
On graduating, Charise worked in private practice for 2 years, providing outpatient physiotherapy services for clients with a range of musculoskeletal conditions.
