Corey graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2014. While at university, Corey achieved a Deans Commendation for Academic Excellence in 2010.

Throughout the course of his studies, Corey participated actively in helping other students with their learning by participating in the simulated patient program during his final year of study. As a skilled Personal Trainer for 8 years, Corey successfully shared his passion for health and fitness to help many clients achieve their fitness goals and win competitions. He also played for the Physiotherapy Rugby Team, earning the 2014 premiership.

Following his graduation, Corey worked at an Aged care facility helping the elderly, with chronic pain and severe mobility issues, to regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Corey joined the Active Rehabilitation Physiotherapy team in 2016, and provides inpatient services at the Mater Private Hospital Springfield, the Mater Private Hospital Brisbane, and Brisbane Private Hospital.

Corey has a keen interest in sports and post-surgical rehabilitation. He aims to provide caring and positive treatments with patient-centred goals.

In his spare time, Corey likes to play guitar and take his border collie for a run.
