John works as part of Active Rehab’s outpatients physiotherapy team at our South Brisbane and Annerley locations. He is also a member of our hospital inpatients team, enabling him to offer connected care to our patients from the inpatient to the outpatient setting.

Over his years at Active, John has gained experience in many clinical areas, but his passions lie in the areas of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, orthopaedics and post-operative rehabilitation.

John holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland.  In his current role he works with some of Brisbane’s top lower limb orthopaedic surgeons to provide expert advice, assessment and treatment to patients undergoing Knee Reconstructive and Knee Replacement surgeries.

John enjoys travel and has spent long periods travelling throughout Europe and South East Asia. He is a former Rugby Union player and enjoys the sport, as a player, a spectator and as a team physiotherapist.
