Tara was welcomed to the Active Rehab team in 2021, taking on a combined Inpatient and Outpatient physiotherapist role. Tara completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology at Brock University in Canada, and also completed her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland.

Tara has previous experience working as an exercise physiologist, and as a physiotherapist in the private practice setting. She loves taking an active approach to her patient treatment, and enjoys helping people to become happier and healthier versions of themselves.

Before moving to Australia, Tara spent a significant amount of time playing indoor volleyball all across North America. In her spare time now, you can find Tara lifting weights at the gym, spending time at the beach, or reading a good book.
